Shipping policy

Delivery is made to the territory determined by SIA ROSY MAPLE.
Delivery is available in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.
Upon the customer's written request, delivery outside the territory may be arranged with a separate agreement on the delivery conditions.

Delivery Time:
Depending on the location, selected delivery method, and whether the product is in stock, delivery time is up to 14 days.
Customers will be provided with information about the expected delivery time and any possible delays.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are indicated when placing an order. For parcel delivery in Latvia, the cost is 3 EUR; for Estonia and Lithuania, the cost is 6 EUR.
Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free shipping according to the current promotional rules.

Delivery methods:
Delivery is mainly via Omniva parcel machines, which allow customers to choose a convenient location to receive their order.
Upon the customer's written request, delivery may be made using another method with separate agreement on the delivery conditions.

Delivery monitoring:
Customers will be provided with a shipping tracking number to track their order.

Condition of goods at the time of delivery:
Before delivery, the goods will be inspected to ensure proper order fulfillment.
Customers are advised to report any damage or deficiencies to the goods upon delivery.

Return of Goods:
Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt as long as they are returned in their original packaging and condition.
